Very nice atmosphere. Clean and organized, the Professors are very professional and very well trained. I have a 9 year old son that felt in love with the class from day 1. Just go and try it out, you won't be disappointed.

Great atmosphere at Flow! They have a good balance between being laid back and being able to go 5 or 6 good rounds. Professor Vin is a top notch bjj instructor and person.
Flow BJJ has a great training atmosphere, incredibly friendly and welcoming people, and Coach Isaac is super helpful and knowledgeable about jiu jitsu. If you're in the Pantego/Arlington area, you have to check them out!
