Great group of BJJ practitioners.
Great place great coaches!
Very nice atmosphere. Clean and organized, the Professors are very professional and very well trained. I have a 9 year old son that felt in love with the class from day 1. Just go and try it out, you won't be disappointed.
Awesome BJJ academy in the Arlington area. Very friendly atmosphere from the coaches to the students. No matter your goals if they're weight loss, self defense, or competition this is the place to be. Come join the family!
As an older beginner, Flow has been incredible. The instructors and fellow practitioners are outstanding, friendly, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!
Such an incredible place. I've been doing Brazilian Jujitsu for 6yrs and this is by far one if the best places in DFW. Quality instructors and great training partners.
Great atmosphere at Flow! They have a good balance between being laid back and being able to go 5 or 6 good rounds. Professor Vin is a top notch bjj instructor and person.
Flow BJJ has a great training atmosphere, incredibly friendly and welcoming people, and Coach Isaac is super helpful and knowledgeable about jiu jitsu. If you're in the Pantego/Arlington area, you have to check them out!
Amazing BJJ class with amazing teachers! Has a really good Muay Thai class with a good instructor.
The owners of Flow live and breathe the concept and doctrine of becoming stronger men and women not only physically but mentally. The level of instruction is second to none and I’ve had the honor of training with this fine group of men along with my son for a couple years now. Centrally located in the middle of DFW, this is a very well sized gym, with all levels of experience to help you along your BJJ journey. Coach Vin’s ability to teach and engage with his students is world class. Coach Morales brings his own taste of practical training and any new comer would be blessed to become part of this community. Come try a class, bring your children, and get in shape along the way!
Had such a great and amazing experience at FLOW BJJ. The coaches are caring, professional, experienced, and always willing to help if you have any questions. Very friendly environment. Highly recommend for everyone!

Where the Magic happens! Starting jiu-jitsu changed my life dramatically. Flow is a place where you not only get to learn self defense, but you also get to grow as a person and make friends along the way. I highly recommend checking it out for yourself. All it takes is that first step!
